KeyBank amends and restates revolving credit facility for Kona Grill

Jones Day represented KeyBank National Association, as administrative agent and lender, in connection with a $35 million amended and restated senior secured revolving credit facility for Kona Grill, Inc., the owner and operator of American grill and sushi restaurants nationwide. The facility consisted of a $35 million revolver including a $10 million letter of credit sublimit.
