Client(s) Boeing Company, The

On behalf of The Boeing Company, Jones Day obtained the successful closure of a Federal Trade Commission (FTC) antitrust investigation into an exclusive rocket engine supply agreement between RD Amross LLC and United Launch Alliance LLC, a 50-50 joint venture owned by Boeing and Lockheed Martin Corporation.
