Jones Day represented FirstMerit, N.A., as administrative agent, in connection with a senior secured credit facility to Harper-Love Adhesives Corporation, a manufacturer of blended adhesives, a portfolio company of Graycliff Partners. The credit facility consisted of a term loan facility and a revolving credit facility with a letter of credit sublimit.
