Jones Day represented Jefferies Finance LLC, as joint lead arranger, administrative agent, and collateral agent, in connection with the negotiation and documentation of senior secured credit facilities to Steak n Shake Operations, Inc., a fast casual restaurant chain. The credit facilities consisted of a term loan and a revolving credit facility.
