Jones Day represented Yokohama Tire Corporation in the negotiation of governmental incentives and design-build agreements relating to its acquisition of approx. 565 acres of land in Clay County, Mississippi, on which Yokohama intends to construct a new manufacturing facility that is expected to require a capital investment of $300 million.
