Jones Day represented RBS Citizens, N.A., as administrative agent, letter of credit issuer, sole lead arranger, and sole bookrunner, in a $75 million senior secured revolving credit facility to TRC Companies, Inc., an engineering, consulting, and construction management firm that provides integrated services to the environmental, energy, and infrastructure markets.
