Jones Day represented PNC Bank, National Association, as administrative agent, in connection with new credit facilities for Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC, a large provider of contract cleaning and related services to retailers in North America. The credit facilities consisted of a senior secured term loan facility and a senior secured revolving facility with a swingline facility and a letter of credit sublimit.
