Jones Day represented PNC Bank, National Association, as administrative agent, in connection with the amended and restated credit agreement for Aurora Casket Company, LLC, a large privately owned funeral service supplier. The credit facilities consisted of a senior secured term loan facility and a senior secured revolving facility with a swingline facility and letter of credit sublimit.
