Bank of America Merrill Lynch leads $1.1 billion credit facility for WEX Inc.

Jones Day represented Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, as lead arranger, and Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, in connection with WEX Inc.'s $1.1 billion syndicated credit facility. The facility consists of a $800 million revolving credit facility and a $300 million term loan facility. WEX Inc. is a provider of payment processing and information management products and services to the United States commercial and government vehicle fleet industry.
