Jones Day advised Hi Inov Dentressangle Initiatives and CDC Entreprises in connection with their purchase of €2.5 million (US$1.8 million) of Series P2 Preferred Shares in a private placement by Geolid, a French company specialized in creating dedicated web sites for small companies. Existing investor A Plus Finance also purchased shares.
