Gray Television issues $300 million of Senior Notes in Rule 144A and Regulation S offering

Jones Day represented Gray Television, Inc., a television broadcasting company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia that currently owns and operates television stations broadcasting 40 primary channels in 30 markets, in connection with its issuance of $300 million in aggregate principal amount of 7 1/2% Senior Notes due 2020 in a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering. BofA Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Securities acted as joint book-running managers.
