PNC Bank provides financing to High Ridge Brands

Jones Day represented PNC Bank, National Association, as administrative agent, in connection with a financing arrangement for High Ridge Brands Co., a company which markets personal care products including the Zest and Alberto VO5 brand names in the U.S. and Puerto Rico and the Rave brand globally. The financing consisted of a revolving facility, a term loan facility, and a letter of credit sublimit.
