Jones Day advised Cumulus Media Inc., the largest pure-play radio broadcast company in the United States based on station count, in connection with its offer to exchange up to $610 million aggregate principal amount of 7.75% Senior Notes due 2019 for an equal principal amount of 7.75% Senior Notes due 2019 under the Securities Act of 1933.
