Jones Day represented a real estate investment company in its $200,000,000 investment in one of the parallel vehicles that comprise the Blackstone Real Estate Partners VII fund, a global opportunistic real estate investment fund, which will make investments in debt, equity and/or other interests in, or relating to, real estate assets, subject to certain geographical and other limitations.
