Client(s) PNC Bank, National Association

Jones Day represented PNC Bank, National Association in connection with a $92 million financing arrangement for Nielsen & Bainbridge, LLC, a manufacturer and distributor of picture framing products, and certain of its subsidiaries. The financing consisted of a U.S. revolving facility with a swingline facility, a German revolving facility, a U.S. term loan facility, a German term loan facility, and a letter of credit sublimit.
