Jones Day represented DFJ Esprit LLP and Alven Capital in connection with their participation in the €19.8 million (US$28.5 million) private placement by Qosmos SA, a provider of software and hardware platforms that identify and extract information traveling over networks in real time. Co-investor included the Fonds Stratégique d'Investissements (FSI).
