Jones Day represented Fonds Stratégique d'Investissement, a selling shareholder, in connection with the sale of a 49% stake in Dailymotion SA, the leading French video hosting service website, to Orange, S.A., a subsidiary of France Telecom, for €58.8 million together with the right for Orange, S.A. to increase its stake to 100% in 2013.
