Jones Day advised Jefferies Finance LLC in connection with the $75 million senior secured term loan facility for The Chefs' Warehouse, LLC, a specialty food distributor, and certain of its subsidiaries and related issuance of a $15 million Senior Subordinated Unsecured Pay-in-Kind Note by Chefs' Warehouse Holdings, LLC.
