Jones Day advised PolyOne Corporation, a premier provider of specialized polymer materials, services, and solutions, in connection with the issuance of $360 million of 7.375% Senior Notes due 2020 in a public offering in which Banc of America Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as joint book-running managers and in which several other institutional banks participated.
