Belt Railway Company of Chicago prevails in dispute under RLA against BLET

Jones Day successfully defended The Belt Railway Company of Chicago ("BRC") in a dispute under the Railway Labor Act against the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen ("BLET"). After an arbitration before a Special Board of Adjustment, the Board held that BRC's practices with respect to the use of remote control technology does not violate the parties' collective bargaining agreement.
