Jones Day advised RockWood Equity Partners LLC in the acquisition by its affiliate of certain assets of Minco Technology Labs, Inc. Minco, headquartered in Austin, Texas, is a fab-less assembler, processor and value-added distributor of mission critical semiconductors and components used in military and aerospace applications as well as medical equipment, down-hole drilling equipment and other applications requiring high-reliability components. Minco's products include cutting edge technology, as well as hard to find, obsolete high reliability products for multiple applications.
