Jones Day provided advice to KeyBank National Association in connection with a $25 million senior secured credit facility, including a $5 million term loan facility and a $20 million revolving loan facility with a letter of credit sublimit, in connection with the acquisition financing for Manhattan Beachwear, a leading manufacturer of junior and women's swimwear.
