Jones Day advised Frontier Communications Corporation, one of the nation's largest independent providers of telecommunications services, in connection with its tender offer to purchase for cash, a maximum payment amount of $700 million, 9.250% Senior Notes due 2011 and 6.250% Senior Notes due 2013.
