Procter & Gamble sells SpinBrush business for $105 million

Jones Day advised The Procter & Gamble Company in its $105 million sale of the SpinBrush toothbrush business to Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Church & Dwight paid $75 million in cash at closing, plus an inventory settlement amount following the business transfer and additional cash payments of up to $30 million based on the near-term performance of the business.
