Jones Day counseled NineSigma, Inc., a company that enables clients to source novel ideas, technologies, products and services from outside their organizations quickly and inexpensively by connecting them to the best innovators and solution providers from around the world, in its issuance of Series E Preferred Stock in a private placement to Blue Chip IV, Limited Partnership, River Cities Capital Fund IV, L.P., and River Cities Capital Fund IV (NQP), L.P.
