Client(s) Multiple not-for-profit health care systems

Jones Day represented multiple nonprofit health systems in various states with respect to IRS team examination program (TEP) audits including some of the largest nonprofit audits ever conducted by the IRS. The exam included allegations of excess benefit transactions and executive compensation.
