Jones Day advised Elaia Partners in connection with its purchase of €6 million (US $8.3 million) of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock, along with IRDI ICSO, Partech International and ORKOS Capital, in a private placement by Goojet, a company dedicated to the development of a technical solution to operate new services for mobile phones and web users.
