Jones Day represented Dune Real Estate Fund II (part of the Dune Real Estate Funds) in connection with its acquisition, together with Westcore Properties, of a seven-building portfolio containing over 760,000 square feet of industrial properties in the cities of Commerce and Buena Park, California. Mortgage financing for the acquisition was provided by CIGNA Investments, Inc.
