Jones Day advised Cumulus Media, Inc., a leading owner and operator of high quality FM and AM radio stations serving mid-size and smaller cities throughout the United States, in connection with the $187.6 million of Senior Subordinated Notes due 2014, Secured Second Lien Notes Due 2014, Preferred Stock and Warrants for 9-7/8% Senior Secured Subordinated Notes in an exchange offer by subsidiaries, CMP Susquehanna Corp and CMP Susquehanna Radio Holdings Corp.
