Mr. Saada maintains an active practice representing private equity and venture capital funds in formation, governance, and investment activities—including leveraged buyouts and M&A. With deep experience guiding corporates through sophisticated matters, including high-profile exits attracting national attention, he also advises private companies and family offices across sectors such as healthcare, technology, and manufacturing.
