Jones Day's Trade Secrets team and Intellectual Property partner Randy Kay were both designated "Outstanding" in World IP Review's (WIPR) 2025 USA Trade Secrets list of law firms and individual practitioners. In selecting Jones Day, the editors noted that the Firm's Trade Secrets team "deploys its vast global resources to assist clients with some of the most consequential trade secrets cases around the world."
