Crain's Cleveland Business named Will Herzberger, a partner in Jones Day's Cleveland Office, among its 2023 Class of "Notable Nonprofit Board Leaders." This list honors individuals who "demonstrate a commitment to the public good that inspires and elevates."

He was nominated for his work as Chair of Hospice of the Western Reserve, which serves an average of 925 patients a day and is among the largest non-profit hospices in the United States and the largest hospice in Ohio. The Crain's profile highlighted Mr. Herzberger's "sound insight and passionate commitment (allowing the hospice) to expand to more counties in Northern Ohio while maintaining the best-trained staff."

Mr. Herzberger also chairs nonprofit real estate holding company boards affiliated with The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland and the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.

The honorees were selected by Crain's editors based on a number of criteria, including having "advanced the cause of a nonprofit organization and raised its profile in the community."
