Nate Weiss represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He has experience navigating the discovery process and drafting pretrial pleadings and motions.
Nate has a great deal of experience working with hospitality industry clients defending against alleged violations of the Trafficking Victims Reauthorization Act (TVPRA). He has worked with teams to secure multiple dismissals for clients.
Additionally, Nate has experience representing pro bono clients who seek asylum before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Immigration Court.
