James Whitty represents and counsels clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. He has experience with motions practice, deposition preparation, e-discovery, and expert witness work.
James maintains an active pro bono practice, representing migrants seeking asylum and other immigration relief, as well as representing tenants in housing court.
James serves on the youth board of the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center.
