Kris VandeVoort in an intellectual property lawyer with a focus on litigation. Kris's wide-ranging practice covers trade secrets, Hatch-Waxman litigation, licensing disputes, commercial arbitration, and internal investigations. Her recent experience includes representing a health technology company in a licensing and royalties dispute and a brand name pharmaceutical company in Hatch-Waxman proceedings.
Kris maintains an active pro bono practice, volunteering with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program's Guardianship Program assisting relative caregivers in obtaining legal guardianship of children. She also assisted a veteran in petitioning the Board for Correction of Military Records for a discharge upgrade.
