Katie Vest's practice includes domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, founder and investor representation in preferred equity offerings and investments, commercial contract negotiation, and guidance on corporate governance matters. She advises clients across a wide range of industries and at all stages of the corporate life cycle, with clients ranging from tech startups to Fortune 500 companies and large family offices.
Katie's representative transactions include: Koch Equity Development's acquisition of iconectiv; Molex's acquisition of AirBorn; various transactions for Roper Technologies (Nasdaq: ROP), including the acquisition of Trucker Tools and of the Convoy Platform; Koch Equity Development's $400 million investment in CPM Holdings; HG Ventures’ participation in the $44 million Series B financing of AI startup, Voxel; Alven Capital Partners' lead investment in the $14 million Series A financing of AI startup, Attention Tech; Zebra Impact Ventures' lead investment in the $37 million Series B financing of biotech startup AgroSpheres; Huxley Medical's Series Seed 3 and Series Seed 4 preferred stock offerings; and private placements of preferred equity in Innventure (Nasdaq: INV).
