Rémy Trabelsi practices in the area of general corporate and securities law, focusing on capital markets and public M&A deals. He advises companies and financial institutions on a wide array of complex capital markets transactions including equity and debt offerings, initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and tender offerings, as well as on issuers' periodic and ongoing reporting requirements. More generally, he covers all proceedings related to corporate law including governance and has in-depth knowledge of the European and French regulations.

Since joining Jones Day in 2021, Rémy has advised issuers and bank syndicates on various capital market transactions involving capital increases (Nanobiotix, Forsee Power, Carbios, and Voltalia) as well as IPOs (Forsee Power, Waga Energy, and Lhyfe). He was also involved in the listing of EUROAPI (Sanofi's spin-off) and in complex public M&A transactions such as tender offers (Europcar, NextStage SCA) and the de-SPAC (special-purpose acquisition company) of Transition SA with Arverne Group. Furthermore, Rémy regularly advises companies listed in France on their periodic and ongoing disclosure requirements and on ESG (environmental, social, and governance) matters, with a particular focus on governance issues.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Rémy practiced at French and international law firms and worked in the legal department of listed companies.
