Amerins Tolman Jensen represents leading financial institutions in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. Her experience includes disputes concerning securities and other financial products, and much of her work is focused on representing financial institutions in breach of contract disputes and statutory claims.
Amerins maintains an active pro bono practice. She has experience representing clients seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile status and other immigration-related relief in federal court.
