Tim Southam represents and counsels leading financial institutions and other clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He has experience with fact investigation, motions practice, e-discovery, and trial preparation.
Tim represents financial institutions and corporate clients in post-closing disputes and claims arising under the False Claims Act (FCA). He also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing refugees seeking asylum in the United States and tenants in eviction defense matters.
Tim currently serves on the Ambassadors Board for Legal Aid Chicago.
