Kassi Stephenson represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, family and medical leave, and wrongful termination; breach of contract disputes; wage and hour litigation; and representative actions brought under California's Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
Kassi has experience in all stages of litigation, including factual investigation, responsive pleadings and motion practice, handling offensive and defensive discovery, preparing for and taking depositions, and preparing for and attending arbitration hearings. In addition to her litigation practice, Kassi has experience counseling clients on California's complex employment laws.
