Jessica Sidi advises Australian and international clients on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in a range of jurisdictions, including the Federal Court of Australia and state courts. She also has experience in alternative dispute resolution processes.
Jessica's experience includes acting for directors of a significant mining company in relation to alleged breaches of directors' duties and oppression, acting for company officers regarding regulatory investigations, defending class action proceedings, and acting for global pharmaceutical companies in proceedings brought by the Commonwealth government.
