Iain Smith focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. He has experience representing clients in a variety of matters, including contractual disputes, class actions, regulatory matters, and antitrust litigation.
Iain maintains an active pro bono practice, representing veterans in matters including benefits claims appeals and discharge upgrades.
