Bonnie Smith practices in the area of general corporate and securities law, focusing on capital markets and public M&A deals, particularly with respect to U.S. securities law matters. She advises companies and financial institutions on a wide array of cross-border capital markets transactions, including equity and debt offerings and initial public offerings (IPOs).

Since joining Jones Day in 2022, Bonnie has worked on the team advising a client with the carve out of six European chemical manufacturing sites. Her experience also includes training at several international law firms in Paris.
