Anchal Saxena advises clients on the administration of employee benefits plans, programs, and arrangements with complex legal requirements, including the Internal Revenue Code and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). Her practice also focuses on the employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of corporate transactions. Anchal has experience drafting employment, bonus, retention, and equity incentive agreements. She also has experience advising public companies on securities law compliance.
Anchal maintains an active pro bono practice and regularly contributes to the Firm's Border Project.
