Prior to attending law school, Tori Roberts was a litigation paralegal handling products liability, first- and third-party insurance, and construction defect claims.
During law school, Tori was provisionally admitted to the Central District of Illinois where she was appointed to represent an incarcerated individual in various civil rights claims against state actors. Tori conducted a three-day jury trial that resulted in a partial verdict against the warden of an Illinois correctional facility.
