Stéphane Raison's practice focuses on tax matters. He has particular experience with investment funds and carried interest schemes for management teams, transactional tax matters (including structuring of M&A transactions), capital markets transactions, and structured finance.
Stéphane provides advice on general French and international tax matters to French and multinational companies, managers, and investors in a wide range of industries (real estate, retail, bank, investment funds, pharmaceuticals, etc.). His practice also includes tax litigation before the French tax authorities and tax courts.
Stéphane has coauthored several articles on French and international tax law matters.
