Max Rose advises ASX-listed companies on corporate transactions. He recently worked on a capital raising for a medical biotechnology company, advised a mining company on a coal supply agreement with a Queensland government-owned corporation, and advised a company on an Engineering Procurement Construction contract for a lithium hydroxide plant. He also was part of the team advising a U.S.-based mining company in the management of a spontaneous combustion incident at a Queensland mine.
While in law school, Max worked part-time at the Queensland Land Court, where he served as a research officer on mining disputes and statutory land valuations.
