Victoria Paredes focuses her practice on EU and Spanish competition law, including merger control, antitrust, foreign direct investment (FDI) screening, and state aid matters. She regularly represents clients before the European Commission and the Spanish competition authority in merger and antitrust proceedings.
Her experience spans a wide range of sectors, including pharmaceutical, industrial, and technology. She also acts in damages claims arising from competition law infringements and in litigation before the courts of the European Union.
