While in law school, Sachin Patel served as an intellectual property research assistant to Professor Mark D. Janis. Sachin was the recipient of the 2020 Jan Jancin Award, a scholarship given to the law student who best exemplifies excellence in the field of intellectual property law. Prior to law school, he worked as a paralegal for a law firm in Chicago.
Sachin is a member of the Richard Linn American Inn of Court.
