Rafael Pimentel represents clients in complex litigation matters, with a particular focus on products liability, mass torts, international arbitration, employment, and contractual disputes. Rafael has experience in all stages of litigation, including pretrial discovery and trial preparation, and recently worked on a multimillion dollar revolving loan provided by an administrative agent for a portfolio of industrial properties located throughout the United States.
Rafael maintains an active pro bono docket, representing clients in immigration and family law proceedings.
